Smart, if Stephanie used it then BatWoman would be able to track her every movement, and keep tabs on her. Heading out of the building, she thought about her options. Use the credit card and be under the watchful eye of whomever this BatWoman was until things were settled.... or find a shelter to stay in for the next little while.
