Eva and Adao almost stumbled out of the portal, 
Eva nearly dropping Krypto.
"CAR!!!!" Adao said excited rushing up to it "Woah thats so cool" he murmered looking through the window. 
Eva squeeled with delight seeing the bats "PETS!"

She frowned slightly, then asked even though she knew, "Who are you?"

"I'm Adao and she's Eva" Adao said
"Krypto was around here too" Eva smiled.

Brenda didn't glance at the dogs, who were bouncing around near the front of the Tumbler. "Those are your names. Who and what are you?"

"Who and what are you?" he asked.
She sighed "Damn" he muttered "Well we're, um us".

"Do you know who your parents are?" she asked a little more gently.

"Well, Eva and Adao are forms of Adam and Eve....... doesn't that mean God is?"

She shrugged "You maybe?" she offered not really wanting to sign her name against anyone.
Adao laughed.

Brenda ignored the boy and looked at his sister. "You come to my home saying that you're looking for family, and that you choose me. But you can give me no reason why I should accept you here."
