Hurrying
She sighed as she wandered down the alleyways. This was such a stupid idea, but she didn't like how Leslie kept trying to get her into normal clothes. She liked her costume. So did Bruce, and Superman. And now they'd all left. You close your eyes for two minutes and all the men leave.
Leslie is still back in her office, freaking out. Oh well.
And here was the infamous informant. Short, tired, a little doped up on pain relievers, and trying to track down the Batman before either one of them got into more trouble. Hurrah.

"Information," Joker plucked her out of Tick's hold and held her up, eyes glinting.
"@#%$ you!" she kicked at him, but couldn't reach. Joker shook his head. "Hush now, little one. We'll let you go, as soon as you tell us that Bat's identity and location."
"BITE ME YOU WHITE FACE @%%$^! ADDICT!" she landed a foot in his chin and was promptly dropped, whipping out her knife and doing her best to stick the Tick on her way down.

She fell to the side in a senseless heap, and he shook his head.
"How horrid. Come, Tick, let's bring her to the lair. I fear staying out here may tip the Bat to our location and mission," he said. "You mind grabbing her?"
no subject
"Right, the lair. Would be a safe place, away from the clutches of that Bat-madman. Let's go!"
He started off in a random direction.

"You know, kiddie, the longer you keep your trap shut the harder we're gonna have to try to open it." he said, shaking his head.
"You're a @%^^face!" she screeched, then huddled in the corner. "And you'll never get what you want from me. Never ever ever ever! And you know why? Cause unlike YOU I know how to be good and loyal!"

He plucked Nightlife out of the air to prevent her from striking the joker. "That's not very nice now, little girl."

"YOU'RE not nice!" she spat. "And HE'S not nice! How can you do all that and be-"
She stoped and squeaked as Joker grabbed her and stuffed a wad of paper in her mouth.
"You know, I think it's time for us to leave her alone. A few hours in the dark should make her a little more open to talking, don't you think?" he said, tying her up and then tossing her into the corner. She squeaked as she bounced off the wall, then collapsed, sobbing and curled up in the corner.

And with that, he closed the door and turned on the child inside.
"And now, my dear, you and Uncle Joker will have our own talk."
